As a member of our senior leadership team, I have been through a lot of training. When Greg shared his framework with us, I quickly realized how powerful and relevant it was, and I knew it was going to be a game changer. We all benefitted from the learning, and I went on to have Greg train and coach a team within my organization. An analysis of business performance metrics showed that teams led by leaders Greg trained, within 3 quarters, rose to lead the market in referrals, new client acquisitions, and Net Promoter Score. Finding professional development that has immediate, measurable impact on a leader’s ability to build an effective team, is like finding a purple unicorn. As an HR professional, I support leaders across multiple business lines who need to reduce turnover, and improve overall engagement and team performance. We engaged Greg to provide training on his framework and I have been so impressed with the results. He breaks communication down, presenting these so-called “soft skills” as a series of learn-able, practical and repeatable actions (his conversation ‘microskills’).
